Kapua Kava Bar is so excited to announce the return of weekly Yoga classes. Our resident Yogi Christina Pagen will be teaching Baptiste style yoga each Sunday morning at 10:45am beginning on April 16th, 2023 in the lounge at Kapua Kava Bar.
Christina has helped transform the lives of her students by incorporating empowering movements and genuine correctness into her practice.
The full body classes will be open to beginners as well as advanced Yoga students and emphasize alleviating aches and pains by improving strength and flexibility.
Kava is an herbal supplement that has been used for centuries in many cultures to help induce relaxation and reduce stress. It is also used to help promote mental clarity and enhance emotional well-being.
When combined with the practice of yoga, kava can help open the body and mind to the deeper spiritual and mental aspects of yoga. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, allowing for a deeper connection to the breath and to the body. Kava can also help to enhance the physical benefits of yoga, as it can reduce muscle tension and allow for a greater range of motion.
Kava has become a popular addition to the practice of Yoga. While yoga on its own is beneficial, when combined with kava it can produce even greater effects.
Both kava and yoga help you to foment positive thoughts, actions and feelings. When combining kava and yoga, training your brain to be positive is more easily accomplished.
Kapua Kava Bar is located on Metro Pkwy Ste 15 in Fort Myers, Florida one quarter mile from Daniels Pkwy.
